Orders, Shipping, and Exchange Policies
We are SO excited that you have placed an order with Willow & Wren Children's Boutique. Each item is hand selected and we know you are going to love your purchase(s). If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us. Below are our policies set forth for orders, shipping, and exchanges to protect our valued customers and Willow & Wren Children's Boutique.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We are unable to CANCEL orders once they are placed.
Willow & Wren will ship to the address included in the shipping address at checkout. We will do our best to process orders within 48 hours of payment with the exception of orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday's. We use USPS for shipping orders. If there is a holiday and the PO is closed; your package transit time is variable once it has been dropped off. We will update your tracking information in your order status. Your tracking is included in your order status.
Unfortunately, once a package is shown accepted by the USPS we no longer have any part in the package and cannot help replacing lost packages or offer refunds or store credit. The tracking is provided in your purchase history, please contact USPS for any issues with shipping once it's been received by USPS.
If there is a chance we discover an item(s) that you order is no longer in stock, we are human, and technology isn't always faithful. We will fulfill the rest of your order and refund you for the items we no longer have in stock.
Once you receive your package you have 48 hours to notify us of any damage to the item. We do look over every item that is shipped. If there is damage to the item, we will attempt to remedy it with a replacement from the vendor. Damage to products will be dealt with appropriately.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to make an exchange, please read carefully.
Prior authorization to return/exchange a product must be granted prior to shipping. Please use a service that provides tracking to ensure delivery to Willow & Wren Children’s Boutique, 1560 Business Center Dr., Fleming Island, FL 32003.
We will happily accept unworn, unwashed items with tags attached and original condition within 15 days of original purchase date. All items returned for an exchange can be exchanged for another item(s) OR receive store credit only, NO REFUNDS will be given.
Return shipping expenses are at the expense of the buyer. We do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns. If 15 days have passed, we are unable to accept the return. The returned item(s) must be in the possession of Willow & Wren Children’s Boutique within 20 days of the original date of purchase. This gives the customer 5 days to allow for shipping. If an item arrives after the 20th calendar day from the original date of purchase, an exchange or store credit will NOT be given.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Holiday items cannot be returned or exchanged after a given Holiday.
Items not eligible for return/exchange include but are not limited to: BIBS pacifiers, pacifier clips, teethers, teething necklaces, undergarments.
